JOB DESCRIPTION

• Listen to clients and put together a list of apartments that meet their criteria utilizing a comprehensive database and CRM.

• Work from home or the local A-Team office.

• Follow up with clients

• Accompany clients on tours to search for apartment rentals or home sales.

• Learn the communities and amenities they have to offer to better assist your clients.

• Communicate client status with the A-Team management team so that billing can occur.

• Generate your own leads as well as receive leads from A-Team.

• Become an expert in your field and build property & client relationships.

• 100% Commission, production determines level of success.
